It is a used Delkor model TFS (Trayfecta S series) former. The machine is capable of forming trays, cartons, and cases depending on application. Machine was manufactured in late 2015 and installed in 2016. It is equipped with a Nordson ProBlue 10 hot melt glue system. This is a single head machine capable of up to 55 cycles per minute depending on application. Tool-less changeover (manufacturer states changeover can be accomplished in 3 minutes). S/S construction. Power requirement is 480 volt/3-phase and requires 15 SCFM @ 80 PSI when operating at full capacity.
