Item is a used 15 bbl direct fired brewhouse that was built new in approx. 2016. The system was built in Portland Oregon and was used sparingly by a brewery for approximately 4 years before removal and storage. Included with the system are the following items: 15 bbl Mash/lauter tun with top mount rake drive, top manway, side manway for grain out, V Wire false bottom. 15 bbl Brewkettle/whirlpool - direct fired, closed fire box, top manway, tangential whirlpool inlet, trub dam, Economite forced air burner, Model EC300 Vent Stack with fan Brewhouse platform, stainless construction with handrail and integrated diverter panel. Thermaline single stage heat exchanger with aeration stone and sight glass. Item is a used Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021. This package includes the following: Criveller 30 bbl Mash/Lauter tun with 5 hp top mounted rake assembly and side grain out door. This is a steam heated vessel. Criveller 30 bbl brewkettle/whirlpool with steam jacket for heating (bottom and sidewall). Stainless steel brewers platform and integrated control panel, some piping. Note - Heat exchanger is not included.
